Wigs 4 Kids Receives a Dominic Pangborn Original

Artist Dominic Pangborn recently donated a painting, Mother and Child, to the non-profit organization Wigs 4 Kids. The painting will hang in the new Wigs 4 Kids Wellness Center, which is scheduled to open June 5. The artwork was unveiled during a fundraiser for Wigs for Kids on April 30 at Art Van Furniture on 14 Mile Road in Warren. The event was celebrated by more than 400 guests and raised nearly $17,000 for the Wellness Center Capital Campaign launch. The funds raised on April 30, combined with the $300,000 in recent donations, bring the campaign to 25 percent of its goal of $1.25 million.
